Dental Insurance and Treatment Financing

OUR INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL POLICY

Understanding your insurance benefits can be a difficult thing. As a courtesy to all of our patients we are happy to research your insurance benefits and file your dental claims for you at no charge. Your co-pay or estimated portion (remaining portion after insurance has been filed) is due in full at the time of service. If your insurance denies a claim or only pays a portion of what was expected, you are responsible for the difference.

We accept multiple payment forms such as cash, check, debit card, or credit card. Our office also participates in special health care financing through Care Credit. Care Credit can allow you to pay a monthly amount over time with a low or even 0% interest rate. If you are interested in setting up a payment plan through Care Credit, please be sure to let our staff know prior to treatment.

A detailed outline of our financial policies are available for view on the Patient Forms page.

Understanding Your Insurance

Most insurance plans use a basic set of terms to outline and define their plans. Unfortunately for most of us who are not in the insurance field, this terminology can be quite confusing. Our office has created a helpful guide that defines and discusses common insurance terms and clauses. To better understand your insurance plan or to help you choose a new plan read: Understanding Your Insurance.

Care Credit Financing

Care Credit is a finance company that specializes in financing all types of healthcare treatment, including dental treatment. Care Credit gives you convenient payment options that you can choose from to work with your budget. To learn more about Care Credit or to apply online, visit their website:

What Insurances Do You Take?

This is a common question we are asked. We are able to accept most major dental insurances including all indemnity type plans. Listed below are specific insurance plans we are in-network with. We are unable to accept any DMO/HMO plans or Medicare/Medicaid.

If you do not see your insurance plan name on the list, don’t worry; you still may be able to use your insurance with our office. The best way to ensure you will have insurance benefits at our office is to call and check with your insurance company to see if there are any restrictions on where or who you can see for your dental treatment.
